@end3of6days9@scottlincicome I’m writing a book about two guys - a pair of veterans three decades apart - who begin creatively killing off their HOA board members one at a time.
But, hey, if music is your thing - go for it.
@CwNewbie11 Beyond what’s technically wrong here, there is no need to dramatize the Battle of Shiloh. The world really needs an emphasis on reading/writing.
@vintagecard206@JDSmith343@nut_history I appreciate your point. I’m old, but I never saw Pud Galvin pitch. I did see Maddux win dozens and he always had me on my way home in 2:15 during the “slow era.”
@JDSmith343@nut_history If I’m an owner, I’d pay a pitcher for wins, not Ks. So…Cy Young, Walter Johnson, Greg Maddux and some guy named Tim Keefe would come first. Then Clemens, Warren Spahn and, of course, who could forget Pud Galvin.
@historyinmemes If you’ve ever been there, you’d know it’s really just because nobody else wanted that land and Oklahoma - a johnny-come-lately state - was stuck with it. So Okies fabricated multiple stories about this desert, most of them designed to make Texas look bad.

@uscfan981 Underrated state for the outdoors: Camping, fishing, hunting, etc. So many think you have to head west to get such beauty, but the Upper Peninsula and shores of Lake Michigan are spectacular!
@AmericanCrime01 Charge her/try her for second degree murder - there is no other choice. Minimum 20-years before she is considered for parole. No exceptions, no excuse. Too many drunks killing too many people.
@BCandyapple@HollywoodYeste1 Letterman once had him read the “Top 10 List of Everyday phrases that Sound Cool When James Earl Jones Says Them.”
(Or something like that).
@SarahSevans2000 Serious question: Can you listen to those Small Bears on tv/radio while at work? (And just ignore other people and their problems like….patients and their broken bones)
