15% minimum specially that entrees & drinks are so expensive. Dinner for 2 on average costs $75. 15% is $11.25. If server is good then tip $20%. And now that Trump passed no tax on tips, servers get to keep all of it. Win win situation.

Did you know if u don’t declare tips in cash bills, IRS assumes u got 8.5% tip? So if you stiff one, waiter actually paid to serve you!
