Could you clarify which functions could be achieved by switching to AppFolio? I am a Buildium user and some of their functionality is subpar and customer service is unresponsive. Depending on the features, I am considering switching to AppFolio.

@pslohmann Also, could you share what you use to manage maintenance tasks? We have two in house techs and send them a daily list of items by priority and location which is quite a manual process. Any insights would be greatly appreciated!
