@StanCollymore It’s not hard to see that Carlos is the weak link. Every game he loses possession, hands all over strikers, last ditch tackles. He just doesn’t read the game.
@bostonmarathon@BAA@BankofAmerica@BAA you should make the non binary times the male times. Why would being non binary make you a slower runner or/and give you an advantage over male runners?
@bostonmarathon@BAA@BankofAmerica male on the edge of qualification.Easy, sign up to any other marathon and “pretend” to be non binary. With that time apply for Boston as non binary and you’re in. Once completed go back to being not non binary. Such a flawed system, I know people have already taken advantage of
@Dan_Nash94 Reason I asked is I went out hot yesterday on a HM, pulled it back after first mile but was shocked how fatigued the legs felt at mile 3 onwards. Only thing I can think is the first mile took its toll on me. Appreciate the response and reading my way through your thesis
@Dan_Nash94 morning Dan, have any studies been done to see the overall impact and effect of going off to fast in a marathon? For example running at threshold pace from the gun then slowing down at say mile 4? Is there a build up of lactic immediately that then can’t be shifted?
@prince_asanda@Im_RobM The stats are facts young man. To lose the ball means you’ve had the ball, called for the ball, moved for the ball. Football is about opinions, but facts are facts.
