@OctopusEnergy I'm an existing IOG customer and received an email to re-add my device to my account. I use MyEnergi Zappi integration so last week submitted the online form to re-enable charger integration. It appears that this hasn't been actioned. Please can you assist?

@TomTom are there any updates coming for the TomTom app for
iPhone. It feels like the paid version had been forgotten with the latest Amigo update having far superior graphics etc, Waze supporting multiple displays in CarPlay as well as Apple Maps getting better.

@teslaenergy why did Powerwall 3 release notes stop being posted? The latest in the app is version 24.36 in October 2024. Please can you issue up to date and in future. You should tell customers what you are changing as they own the equipment

@jazshadows Thanks @jazshadows. There’s a drug called Pyridostigmine which slows down the acetylcholine breakdown so the muscles get longer to receive the signal, but you take it every 4 hours and I get about 3 better hours from that. Otherwise we are looking at surgery to remove my Thymus

I’ve been on prednisolone for 5 weeks and up to 50mg currently. 10 weeks of that to go. Horrible!

Hey @BTCare I would like to give notice to cancel my home broadband and landline service. I can only see a phone option but am currently in Australia so would prefer a different method to waiting in a queue for ages and mobile roaming. Is there any alternative way to cancel?

@moneydance @jsumners79 Some love for the iOS app would be great. It doesn’t use the current date correctly when listing transactions unless you force close the app and restart. It needs to update the current date and correctly calculate the account balances each time you return to it.
