@AskLyft Again I had a ride 2 Min that popped up in my app and as soon as click to request it it was not available! WTH! If I am that close to a ride why bother place it on the app for us to request it? why dont just give to us. VERY UNSAFE!

@lyft @AskLyft if the rides are based on base fare miles plus time, how come there is a HUGE discrepancy on different rides that have the same miles and time? Something is not clear or someone is getting hugely screwed ( means “the drivers “)

@AskLyft @lyft A really interesting question. How come the fares are paid not based on the miles? I had a 35 miles trip got paid $16. Had another trip 30 miles got paid $. Had another 34 miles got paid $28? Something odd is happening 🤔🤔🤔

@AskLyft ok so I have an issue. I was in a bonus zones this morning. I accepted 3 rides after that. Lyft didn’t pay. It said I cancel a ride in between. I didn’t. It said I cancel a ride at 829 am. I WAS ON A RIDE WITH A CUSTOMER. How can I cancel a ride with a customer?

@AskLyft wouldn’t it be a better communication if BEFORE suspending the driver for inaccurate location, let the driver know FIRST the app is not updated? Now I am suspended for 3 hours being accused of something that Lyft could have helped me beforehand?
