Then your customer service said they could do nothing until Monday. Can’t reimburse my expenses, can’t find someone to get me my package, can’t escalate. Literally the worst experience ever. Could have resolved all of this with one phone call from you this morning.

@tmobile@MikeSievert@CallieField We are moving on Nov. 3rd. The only option they’ve presented is to cancel my order and reorder to the new address (which means delivery is now in mid-December). Just awful. If this isn’t resolved, we’re leaving.
@TMobile@MikeSievert@CallieField I’m about to cancel my T-Mobile plan because your company can’t change a shipping address. I ordered new iPhones for my wife and I at 5am PST to make sure they arrived on Friday. The shipping date has slipped an entire month since then.

@chasesupport When somebody else came by and pulled the door open to talk to us, the manager pulled him away too and was incredibly rude. Needless to say, we’re going to close our account with you due to terrible customer service. We’re not animals to be mimed at through glass.
@ChaseSupport I just walked up to a chase branch in Boston at the prudential at 1:05. The person letting someone out refused to open the door to tell us they’re closed and a manager pulled him away.
