@Gerashchenko_en@LauraLoomer Putin isnt afraid of Trump. He watches Trump cut 99% of aid to Ukraine, gut sanctions, and hand moscovia oil revenue, and he laughs. Loomer fantasizes about a heart attack while her own president keeps feeding the war machine.
When I moved to Florida I realized there are millions of people who have been stewing in rage for years over the lockdowns.
It really made me understand that the core animating force in US society is selfishness. The whole freedom thing is a thin veil for a sense of entitlement.
Tucker Carlson's favourite "political scientist", John Mearsheimer, and his ATROCIOUS predictions on the war in Ukraine:
Feb. 2022: "I don't think Russia is going to invade."
Sep. 2023: "The Ukrainians are doomed to lose."
Jan. 2024: "It's ridiculous to think Ukraine can hold the line in 2024."
Apr. 2025: "It's unimaginable Ukraine will hang on beyond 2025."
Jul. 2026: "The Russians are slowly moving forward."
The Jim Cramer of foreign policy predictions.
Zelenskyy: Three big threats we're tracking.
First, North Korea will send Russia 30,000 soldiers.
Second, Iran is sending Russia ballistic missiles.
Third, and biggest: China is helping Russia with satellites and targeting tech, to strike us more precisely. 1/
Labeling Russian behavior against the West as "hybrid warfare" simply provides nervous Western politicians with a convenient way to dismiss legitimate popular concerns that Russia is, in fact, already at war with us.
The very fact that he stood before them as a 34-count felon, adjudicated rapist, twice-impeached president, and instigator of an attack on another branch of government that caused 150 injuries and at least four deaths means they should have walked out when he started his nonsense, or simply canceled the event entirely. They have normalized insanity and lawlessness.
They are complicit. #WHCA #WHCD
In September 2015, standing in the White House Rose Garden, Xi Jinping looked America in the eye and pledged Beijing’s commitment to “a neighboring foreign policy characterized by good neighborliness.” He then stated clearly: “China does not intend to pursue militarization” in the Nansha (Spratly) Islands.
Today those same reefs are bristling with military airbases, anti-ship missiles, and long-range radar pointed at free nations. Chinese ships ram Filipino fishermen and blast them with water cannons, openly defying the 2016 Hague ruling.
Xi’s words were a lie. The CCP’s promises on security are worthless.
Watch the 2015 statement below. Then look at the reality.
Nothing exposes russian hypocrisy more than asking Ukrainians why they hate russians.
This russian woman wonders where all that hatred comes from.
"Why do Ukrainians hate us?" she asks.
She insists that ordinary russians have done nothing to Ukrainians.
Have you ever heard of missiles, occupation, torture, deportations, and mass graves?
If not, then go fuck yourself.
When three Chinese diplomats confronted Paul Erickson, National Secretary of Australia’s ruling Labor Party, demanding he immediately expel two Taiwanese officials from a major conference in Adelaide, they expected instant compliance.Instead, his sharp refusal triggered a dramatic diplomatic walkout.
The confrontation broke out on the opening day of the party's 50th National Conference. Representatives from the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office were attending as general observers. Chinese officials labeled their presence an emergency situation and demanded their removal to enforce Beijing's policy of isolating Taiwan.
Erickson stood firm, insisting the Taiwanese representatives had every right to remain. Refusing to accept the decision, the Chinese delegation staged a protest and abandoned the event altogether.
As authoritarian governments continue trying to dictate who democratic nations can engage with, setting firm boundaries on foreign pressure is becoming essential for sovereign nations.
The photo shows seven scouts. It was the morning after we broke out of the encirclement. The order was simple: hold our positions until the battalion had withdrawn. We knew this was most likely a one-way ticket.
As we sat in the dugout, waiting for the end, a silence reigned that weighed heavily on our chests. We understood that this was the end, because the longer we held out, the tighter the encirclement would close in, but we remained silent. I still remember that look in my comrade’s eyes. It held the realization that it was the end. It was as if he were saying, “It’s all over, but we’re here, side by side.” It was the look of people who had fought for one another and were ready to face death together.
The line between life and death became as thin as paper. It seemed as if the whole world had fallen silent, as if the war itself had paused to let me be with my thoughts. The warmest moments flashed before my eyes. I thought of my sister, my aunt, my uncle, my wife, my child... I thought, “There’s so much I didn’t get to tell them, so much I haven’t done yet.” And then the most terrifying realization hit me—the world existed without me and would calmly continue to exist without me.
That thought was terrifying, but at the same time, there was a strange, bittersweet freedom in it—the freedom of an absolute limit, when you inwardly accept your own end.
That night we made it out. All seven of us, without a single casualty. But that feeling still haunts me—the feeling that it’s already over, the feeling of the final battle. We came out of there alive, but that experience forever changed the way I view life. Part of my mind, I suppose, is still trying to grasp the fact that after the inevitable “end” for us,
tomorrow has come after all… tomorrow, when we’ll be fighting,
dying, and will no longer see the dawn together…In a couple of days,
“The Artist” will die, and then, with this group gone, I’ll be left alone in the unit.
Glory to the Nation that fights for every morning.
Glory to the Heroes. To those who went out then, and to those who remained in
the ranks forever
Who is advising these guys? You can’t cite UNCLOS in support of your position while at the same time dismissing UNCLOS’ 2016 ruling rejecting your claims to sovereignty in the West Philippine Sea etc as “waste paper”.
Just looks very silly.
