@lavenderroom @VendHelp Same here! We have our estate sales on Saturdays and Sundays with 70-80% of our transactions on Saturdays. The terminals we had already up and running are hobbling along using buttons, but not ideal is right!

@lavenderroom @VendHelp Were you using Vend before it went down? We've been having to use the manual "buttons" on the home screen to wring up products. The sale goes to "errored" and will have to be pushed through once Vend gets things back up and running. Hopefully soon!

@Valindia @VendHelp Do you use an separate credit card processor? There might be a back door way to open the till through there.

@PeaceLoveHome1 @VendHelp We're having to work around this by using the "buttons" on the home screen to wring up products. Search has been out for us for about two and a half errors. Do you use an external credit card processor?
