@Coach__Brandon Good thoughts! IMO drills are useful when it’s not just done because it’s “old school.” I.E. 3MW with emphasis on communication and transition 2v1 on the way back…. Running a “Basketball Mile” on the court to emphasize sprint/change of direction, etc. The “why” matters.
