@VerizonSupport@VerizonSupport has failed me many times on this topic. I refuse to go through the same runaround for the 10th time. Please review my account and ensure the credit is processed immediately. @hansvestberg help!!!
@verizon@VerizonSupport reps are so frustrating I have to resort to this method as Iβm at my wits end. All I want is a credit (as Verizon is liable to provide) for my trade in. This is not how you treat a loyal customer. Iβm not calling anyone else or visiting a store.
@VerizonSupport Just need confirmation I will be receive my $800 credit that you owe me since December. Iβve been dealing with this for months and have spent numerous hours dealing with it.

@VerizonSupport Ok, I contacted you all and did what you said. The last contact was on 9/12 and you promised the credit once again. I checked my current and figure bill and no credit in sight. Please advise!

@VerizonSupport Just look at all the notes/cases on my account along with the screenshots I provided. There is no reason to speak any further. Just issue me my credit as originally promised when I upgraded my sonβs phone. Iβm sure Mr. Vestberg would not approve of this service. @VerizonSupport

@VerizonSupport I will not DM you and I will not go through another 2 hour chat or call to be given an empty promise of the $800 I am due. I will write this off as a scam and move on. I canβt promise my loyalty moving forward. So disappointing!
@VerizonSupport I donβt have every conversation screenshotted, but here are just a couple different occasions where I was promised the credit. Now you opt me out of chatting with you?
Please just give me my credit as promised on multiple occasions. This should not be this difficult and I should not have to follow up multiple times. Jeez! Somebody please make this right. I am very disappointed at this point.
