anyone else have issues withdrawing from @Questrade as a first time home buyer? I sent docs and have waited 3 weeks and had to talk to 5 different CS reps to (maybe) have it finally sorted.
my wife did hers at a bank in 10 min - sometimes the big banks do things right.

@WestJet I had my final connecting flight cancelled a week ago and no communication or indication I'll be reimbursed for my trouble. Your site is terrible to navigate and keeps looping me. You should be trying to make this right - not have the customer chase a refund!

Don't use @FlairAirline. Our kids flight home (from seeing grandparents) was cancelled due to maintenance issues and we have to wait days to get them on another flight. Told at midnight and had to wait until 9am the next day to speak to anyone and on hold for 1 1/2 hrs. BRUTAL!
