As of now, the number one challenge is Russian strikes. The United States knows exactly what we need and that this is not about something abstract. This is about protecting lives. Unfortunately, supplies of anti-ballistic capabilities from partners have decreased significantly this year. The number of air defense missiles supplied has dropped threefold compared with 2025. And this concerns not only this summer period, but every period of the first half of 2026. Our partners do have the missiles. It is important that the necessary political decisions on supplies and the acceleration of production processes are ultimately made – including decisions on localization in Ukraine.

Several people encouraged me to contact journalists along the way, but I was never particularly interested in marketing myself. I’ve been making these videos for years, and I’ve always believed that if someone was genuinely interested, they would reach out.

Everyone can see the ballistic missile threat posed by Russia – and this threat is growing. At the same time, Russian enterprises that manufacture ballistic missiles are still not subject to strict global sanctions.

Some key Russian enterprises involved in ballistic missile production are not under sanctions imposed by the United States, the United Kingdom, Japan, Switzerland, and other jurisdictions. Of the seventeen key Russian enterprises involved in producing ballistic missiles, most, unfortunately, can exploit sanctions loops in the jurisdictions of various partners. We need greater coordination, daily engagement with partners on sanctions, and greater synchronization of sanctions.

Unfortunately, one of the worst consequences of Russia’s war against Ukraine – and of Iran’s tactics as well – is that potential aggressors around the world can see how much harm ballistic missiles can inflict on human life. The global ballistic missile threat will therefore continue to grow, and all anti-ballistic defense capabilities must grow as well.

Our FREYJA can become a shared European system providing integrated protection. FREYJA will be quick to produce and battle-tested. Ukraine is capable of manufacturing both the missile itself and the launcher. The decisive factor is cooperation with those European countries and companies that have the radars, sensors, and everything else required for an effective anti-ballistic system. And we already have agreements in place with all of these companies and all the necessary countries.

These are the ten countries participating in the Anti-Ballistic Coalition: Ukraine, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom – as well as twelve manufacturers that have already joined. The Anti-Ballistic Coalition and the FREYJA project are open to other participants capable of making a genuine contribution to security across Europe.

Just learned that among those killed in Kyiv was a student from my Alma mater . She was helping the wounded, when Russia did what it always does - double tapped, bombed same spot they bombed already, to make sure to get first responders

A couple lived in that house Russian attack hit tonight, with their 7 kids and a grandson . He didn’t even turn 2 years old yet. The mother just returned from abroad - she was visiting her older children there.

Already 5 people killed , 2 of them kids, reports say.

Ukraine came under a massive attack overnight.

It hurts to read about the children killed in a village near Kryvyi Rih. More than 20 buildings were damaged in Lviv. Search operations are continuing.

“Why are you posting instead of going to a shelter?”

I read that comment, and I want to answer it.

The air raid siren started shortly after 1 a.m. My two children were already asleep. Unless you’ve had to wake sleeping children in the middle of the night because of incoming missiles, it’s hard to imagine what that feels like.

I live in an apartment building. There is no proper bomb shelter nearby. The only option is the basement of our building. But when missiles are already in the air, running outside can be just as dangerous. Shrapnel can strike at any moment.

And let’s be honest: the basement of a regular apartment building is not guaranteed protection from a missile strike. It may help protect against drone debris or fragments, but not against a direct missile hit.

There is no subway in Vinnytsia where we can take shelter. We use what we have: hallways, basements, and the “two-wall rule.” That’s all many of us have to protect our children.

So yes, I stay behind two walls. At that moment, it’s the best I can do to keep my children safe.

And one more thing.

Why do I post while missiles are flying?

Because silence doesn’t save lives.

I write because I want the world to see and understand what Ukrainian families are living through every single day. These are not just headlines or statistics. This is our reality.

I write with the hope that our stories will reach people who make decisions. That Ukraine will receive more air defense systems. That our skies will become safer. That fewer children will wake up to explosions.

We are not asking for pity.

We are asking to be heard.

Because while you’re reading these words, Ukrainian parents are once again holding their children close as explosions echo outside.
