If you don't have a #dumbbell then just do #kettlebell squats and if you don't have a kettlebell then just do dumbbell swings.

Getting those reps in - 150 Pull Ups.
One of the few bits of kit that you can get to in the park...and no I didn't pull the fence to the side. If it was restricting the ability to get to the bar I'd have left it alone.
