This is not a true “race win” .. absolute joke @NASCAR! Do better! This whole “half the race or stage two completed considers the official” but you run stupid laps under caution just achieve your goal is unacceptable! Could run NCTS, NOAPS and Cup tomorrow without an issue instead of this!
