We were inspired by these heartwarming scenes in Middlesborough as the community stood together after riots yesterday.

Communities are SO much stronger than the small, hateful group trying to divide us.

THIS is who we really are.

As a plant-based person living with sub-optimal light levels (Scotland) I forked out on @drink_AG1 to boost vitamin levels, only to come out in BURNING HIVES. All fine now, but woweee a gorgeous allergic reaction for a Sunday. Internet saying I am not alone with this....
