Today was a good chat about #reading for #empathy. Not everyone has access to books, so it’s up to folk like us @EmpathyLabUK authors and schools to get them into as many hands as possible to seed those skills.
Thank you all today @TalbotHeathSch@andersenpress

I'm doing a blog for @Booktrust about LIFE-CHANGING CHILDREN'S BOOKS. Which books have you seen turn kids into readers? I want all sorts of books (fiction, non-fiction, poetry, comics etc) especially books that engaged kids who struggled before & kids from minority backgrounds.
Still reeling from the incredible surprise that I MUST BETRAY YOU won a Carnegie Medal! Thank you @CarnegieMedals, librarians & educators, and most of all—the readers and shadowing groups for honoring millions of Romanians who endured oppression. #YotoCarnegies23
Our Art Department is very excited to welcome Jeremy Gardiner to Bryanston this afternoon, to give a talk to our A3 Art pupils and Art Scholars.
