@IndiGo6E @MoCA_GoI I had traumatized experience with Indigo flight 6E-651 on 28th November. Two incidents which happened: 1) Change in gate number from 52 to 42B. But on display screen against gate 42B, it was showing *gate closed* even though we had one hour left.

@IndiGo6E We panicked and started running which resulted in sudden fall & minor bruises to our 1 year daughter. It was sort of mental stress to us dealing with it ?
2) The ordeal was conitune till we collected our Luggage bag. We handed over bag good condition (pic attached)
