@ellarabaiotti @ProbationJnl Ainslie: Reflective practice has developed over recent decades. SPOs are tasked with prompting reflection in practitioners through supervision. Trainees are trained in it. Academics and Practice Tutor Assessors both ahve to deliver this training.
