Pray for Schools Fortnight starts this Sunday and runs until Sunday 17th May. The aim of these two weeks is to encourage us to support our local school communities through prayer. It also coincides with the start of exam season. Please encourage your local church to get involved.

This Sunday, 1st February, is Schools Ministry Sunday. This is an opportunity in our local churches to pray and give thanks for all the work that local Christians and churches do to serve our local schools.
This term our Primary assemblies tell the story of the Transfiguration, as we continue to tell the story of Peter and how his life was changed when he met with Jesus.

Our 'Darkness to Light' Project is an interactive storytelling of the Christmas Story for Year 2’s, exploring the themes of light and darkness using puppets and a knitivity set. We are excited to be delivering 16 sessions with schools over next few weeks.

This week we have started a 'Caterpillars' group with a small number of pupils at a local primary school. This 6-week programme helps pupils to grow through change and look deeper at their emotions.
Throughout the school year we have the privilege of taking lunchtime clubs in both primary and secondary schools. This is an opportunity for fun, crafts and discussion on Christian themes. This term we are looking at Old Testament Miracles in our primary school clubs.
