And what happens when your customers do not "get the meal they want"? I have reported and shared photos of wrong items delivered to me. This is undisputed. Is this also something that I need to follow up on with the restaurant?

It appears that delaying responses and shifting accountability are tactics to avoid processing a rightful refund. Your response, stating that you are “only responsible for the delivery,” reinforces this impression. Such an approach is both disappointing and unprofessional.

@SwiggyCares There is a huge difference between intent and impact! When you say you will reply an email within 24 hours but you ignore it for days it means you don't do your job. I've been sending repeated follow ups!
Designing a new html email template with @beefreeio today. I've been working on email marketing for a few days now but it seems that new regulations make mass mailing a lot more complicated, unless people opted in. I still want my promotional emails to look good.
