Bruh goes to IITs, offers a low salary and then complains that IITians don’t want to join.

Getting into an IIT isn’t easy. People grind for 2 years, sacrifice a lot, handle boards, clear JEE Mains and Advanced just to secure a better future.

After doing all that, obviously many of them will prioritise financial stability.

If the goal is to bring talented people into ISRO for the mission, that’s great.

But why only IITs?

There are thousands of brilliant students in tier 2 and tier 3 colleges who never even get these opportunities. Not because they lack ability, but because nobody bothers to look beyond a few elite campuses.

You can’t say people don’t care about the mission when most of them were never even given a chance.

Maybe the real problem isn’t motivation.

Maybe it’s where we choose to look for talent.
