Para los que estamos empezando en esto y no entendemos mucho de números:
Imagina que Panamá es una familia grande.

Cada mes entra plata (impuestos, aportes) y sale plata (sueldos, hospitales, carreteras).

En 2024-2025 la familia tenía un hueco gigante de 2.500 millones de dólares.
Para taparlo, el gobierno hizo dos cosas:
1. Tomó el dinero de las cuentas personales de las pensiones de la CSS.
2. Obligó a las empresas a pagar más aportes.

Muchos pensamos: “con eso ya se arregla”.

Pero usted ya había avisado que no iba a alcanzar.

Y mire lo que pasó en los primeros 3 meses de 2026:
A pesar de que ya entraron esos dos “refuerzos”…
los gastos siguieron creciendo más que los ingresos.

Resultado: el hueco NO se achicó… se hizo más grande.

Los números oficiales del Balance Fiscal lo muestran clarito en la tabla que puso.

En palabras fáciles:
Dijeron “con estos trucos salvamos las cuentas”…
pero la realidad dice que siguen peor.
