Can the power of social media help us find this toy lost at @altontowers yesterday on Tower Street. We searched & asked but couldn’t find him anywhere. Has someone taken him home? @BBCRadioStoke @CBeebiesLand @Sotlive

[Beth Matthews @BSpokenFor]

.@altontowers is the Crooked Spoon open for dinner over Feb half term? I can’t seem to book, which suggests it isn’t but just want to check. TIA

So you don’t need a passport to fly to Ireland but @Ryanair require one 🤦‍♀️ Mine is just over 10 years passed it’s issue date but doesn’t expire until Jan 23. I fly on Friday! Panic stations. Can anyone please confirm that I can fly? @askryanair @ManchesterAirp @GOVUK @HaysTravel

[Beth Matthews @BSpokenFor]

@askryanair @Ivan_00_ @Ryanair_ES How long can we expect a response to take please?

[Beth Matthews @BSpokenFor]

Has anyone flown to Ireland from UK recently with @Ryanair with a passport older than 10 years and it’s been ok? Due to fly next week and stupidly didn’t check Ryanair only GOV and now I’m in a panic 🤦‍♀️ #Ryanair #passport #Ireland #help

[Beth Matthews @BSpokenFor]

@askryanair flying to Ireland next week from UK checked GOV website about passport requirements but didn’t check yours until just now. Passport was issued more than 10 years ago but has a 23 expiry can you confirm if this is ok please 🙏 🤞

@altontowers Amazing, thank you. Can’t wait to see you all after Christmas 🎄

[Beth Matthews @BSpokenFor]

We’ve booked a festive break with you @altontowers Do we need to pre book a time slot for splash landings. Last time we did and had a link to do it. This time no link that we can see 🤷‍♀️ TIA

[Beth Matthews @BSpokenFor]

@santanderuk I’ve found a Master Card whilst out walking. Tried to call the number on the back but don’t have an account with you so it seemed like that wouldn’t work. What’s the best thing for me to do?

[Beth Matthews @BSpokenFor]

Hi @altontowers we’ve just booked tickets for half term #excited but we couldn’t add an under 3 ticket to our basket for some reason. Will she need a ticket on the day or not? TIA

[Beth Matthews @BSpokenFor]

@AmelieMusicalUK Eek all of them, we’ve been waiting a long time for a UK recording. Can’t wait 💕

[Beth Matthews @BSpokenFor]

@altontowers I can’t get through to amend my booking for a short break this weekend, I totally get you’re run off your feet just wondering if there’s another way to amend other than calling? We don’t want to cancel we want to reschedule. TIA

[Beth Matthews @BSpokenFor]

@clarkshelp my LGs patent leather shoes have started peeling. She’s had them since September but I’m not sure this should happen? Can you advise please? TIA

[Beth Matthews @BSpokenFor]

@MusicalMLeeds Ah did you! Amazing wasn’t it. We loved every minute. I want a lampshade like that in my house
