@BSUsportsreport I think we proved that a Heisman candidate at RB isn’t enough to propel you to the top. If choosing one single position it has to be QB.
@TopTierTulane@BSUsportsreport@TopTierBama I think it has more to do with the way Boise lost some of those games. They got dominated 2-3 times which is not something we are used to seeing. So even with 9 wins it felt like that was the absolute ceiling for that team. I’m not arguing we’ve been spoiled over the years.
@TopTierTulane@TopTierBama Majority of Boise fans did not go into this season with high expectations. I don’t think the results surprised many people here. Media sometimes pumps up expectations for Boise but most fans have a good pulse for what is coming and I seriously doubt there were many surprised.
@ChrisVannini One step closer to teams mutually declining to play in a conference championship game. There are often more negative implications to playing than not.
@ShaunBroncoBeat You can’t honestly expect a straight answer on a question like that right after a bowl game. There isn’t a coach in the country going to throw his player under the bus and publicly state he’s looking for a replacement right after the game. Get real people.
@BOJANGLES6253@Nathan_26_ The CFP made a point this season not to punish teams for making the conference championship. As much as I’m tired of Bama I agree with this until we can figure out how to incorporate the conference Championship games into the actual playoff, which is the solution IMO
@BJRains I am not one to complain about refs but this is sad. They should leave these marginal penalties alone and avoid changing the outcome of the game.
