The FiCare team on the neonatal unit have been shortlisted for a BAPM award. Led by neonatal nurse Eleanor Turk, the FiCare team (including SLT and Physio) have been working to improve the quality of care on the units, developing parent led ward rounds and other projects. 💙💜
