Worst service from @GoFirstairways. Booked two tickets almost 20 days back. Now they canceled the flight and only feasible option they are giving is refund. The other airline tickets are more than 2X now. But they are not ready to bear the difference @DGCAIndia is this right?
@GoFirstairways Looks like everyone wants to take advantage of customer. @YatraOfficial refunded me almost 1000 rs less than what @GoFirstairways refunded for the canceled flight. What's going on here?

@GoFirstairways Thanks. Sent the details. I have put this tweet here after 3 long calls with the call center and an email. I booked the tickets in alternate flights yesterday. I want the difference amount to be reimbursed.
@IndiGo6E The only preference I had was to sit along with my kids while flying today. But your checkin process made my 5 year 10 year daughters sit 16 and 15 rows from me. Is this sheer greed or horrible customer service or bad software?
@IndiGo6E As I said earlier I didn't have any preferences for seats, only thing I wanted was to sit together with my kids. This was quite possible before with physical check in. And now you are asking 200/300 per seats over and above the ticket money just to sit with my kid.@DGCAIndia

@IndiGo6E At the end you can just mention a sorry and move on. Having a 5 yr kid sit alone, away from parents is such a horrible thing and the only answer you have is sorry.
@IndiGo6E When I checked all seats were having charges which looked like taking undue advantage of webcheckin mandate. I went for auto assignment and got my 5 year old seating all alone. Called call center twice they told it will be sorted at airport. I tried at all counters but invain.
@Airtel_Presence After talking to you for so long on Tuesday, so far zero progress. Only thing I asked was to upgrade the plan and that request was raised a week back. This is just ridiculous. @airtelindia@Airtel_Presence
@airtelindia Why it's so difficult to upgrade the plan for broadband. The app doesn't work, after calling 3 times in last 4 days simply no resolution yet. #horribleservice
