@RoyalMailHelp You need new management in the OL10 (Heywood) area. Posties are working hard with no support. Customers are waiting up to 2 weeks for parcels, including medical supplies, test kits etc. Stop using CV19 as an excuse and start stepping up, like everyone else has to.

@jaguarlandrover Just been quoted £595 for rear pads & discs. Your website says £395 - when queried told that its more expensive because my RR is still under warranty. Wait 2 weeks until it expires then £200 cheaper - why are you ripping off your customers?
@MicrosoftUK My Surface Book I7 has the fan running even when shut down and disconnected from power. The keyboard stopped working and it says its detached when it isn't. Get me a fix ASAP because if the useless thing sets on fire you will be in court.

@ToyotaGB The story is being ran in the Manchester Evening News. Maybe your customer relations would like to comment. I'll be pushing to get it in the Daily Mirror tomorrow and on the local TV stations. It's wrong that I will have to subsidise the insurance when it's Toyotas fault.
