#NationalOrders2018 Ellwyn Beck receiving the Order of Luthuli to Godfrey Beck (Posthumous) for his contribution to the liberation struggle.Ten Years ago Vesta Smith received the same award. Both stalwarts not only resided in the township of Noordgesig but also the same street.
Utter absurd logic or rather total lack of logic. Where the almost victims come from 14 people were gunned down in the Oslo City Centre and several others on an island later. Your hatred of Siuth Africa is pathetic!!!
Two young Norwegian tourists, Anders Selnes (24) and Aleksander Rosef (29), were simply walking through the colorful tourist streets of Bo-Kaap in Cape Town on 15 August 2026 when South Africa’s daily reality came charging at them with a machete.
A man suddenly yanked out a massive blade and sprinted straight at them. No warning. No words. Just pure, murderous intent. The attacker closed the distance so fast that the machete was mere centimetres from Anders’ body; close enough that one more step, one swing, and it would have split flesh, bone, and life wide open.
They ran for their lives. Heart hammering, legs pumping, pure survival instinct kicking in as the blade-wielding attacker chased them through the streets. They managed to escape by the skin of their teeth.
No injuries this time, only because they were young, fit, and lucky enough to outrun a man who clearly wanted to carve them up in broad daylight in one of Cape Town’s most photographed “safe” tourist spots.
This is the new South Africa. Tourists from peaceful Norway get hunted with a machete while walking in Bo-Kaap. No farm. No rural isolation. Just a colorful heritage neighbourhood in the Mother City, and still the blade comes out.
How many more near-beheadings, how many more White visitors and locals must sprint for their lives before the world stops pretending this is just “crime?” This is the daily product of a failed state that cannot, or will not, protect people.
Anders and Aleksander got away. The next ones might not.

There are 100,000s of Jews who are against the Zionist State of Israel and Zionism.
Anti-Zionism is not antisemitism.
Criticizing Israel is not antisemitism.
Zionism is not Judaism, and Israel does not represent the Jewish people.
Weeks after receiving the Madlanga Commission’s second interim report, President Cyril Ramaphosa has yet to release the names of those referred for investigation or even a summary of the report.
The Presidency has offered no explanation for the delay, raising questions about transparency and accountability.
South Africans deserve to know what action is being taken on the Commission’s findings, while ensuring the integrity of any ongoing investigations is protected.

Prof. du Toit says her delegation went to the embassy to correct "a distorted narrative." Some context her video leaves out.
The movement she represents, AvSA, states on its own website that it grew from the "Not In Our Name" letter published in October 2025. Rapport revealed WhatsApp evidence that the letter was drafted by Karen Burger, a director in the office of DIRCO's Director-General. Politicsweb reported that Burger's career reportedly began at the pre-1994 National Intelligence Service. Within days of publication the ANC, the presidency's spokesperson and DIRCO all publicly endorsed it. Du Toit is listed on AvSA's own site as an original signatory.
Nine months later that movement walked into the US embassy and delivered three points: Afrikaners are not a persecuted group, crime affects everyone equally, and Afrikaners should identify with the nation rather than their community. Readers can compare those points with Pretoria's own talking points in its dispute with Washington and draw their own conclusions.
AvSA's second formal declaration, also on its own website, called on the G20 to reject "lies about Afrikaner persecution" and affirm multilateralism. The same summit the US boycotted over this issue. The same word Pretoria used to declare it a victory.
She signed the letter under her Stellenbosch University title and appears in AvSA materials under it. The university has said nothing. Whether it would stay equally silent if one of its professors appeared in an AfriForum delegation video is a question worth asking it directly.

Oh fuck you. FUCK you. You don't get to do this now. You don't get to turn around and go "Oopsie poopsie, we made a mistake!" This was YOUR genocide, motherfuckers. YOURS. You chose it. You own it. Forever. The stench of the rotting corpses in Gaza will follow you for all time.
Indeed, Argentina could not even deliver one shot on goal in the first 90 minutes of play! Any neutral knowledgeable football fan knows Egypt won against them but for the obvious outrageous decision of the referee and especially the VAR perpetrators!
It is ridiculous to claim that Spain’s World Cup victory puts the lie to allegations that Argentina has been receiving preferential treatment.
The preferential treatment of Argentina was consistent, and consistently visible throughout the tournament.
Even in the final, Spain had a perfectly legitimate goal disallowed, and although Argentina received six yellow cards (with one player sent off after receiving a second), they deserved many more.
Any other team playing similarly would have had at least two players sent off and been handed a full deck of cards.
It seems to me quite clear that the FIFA leadership determined that its commercial interests dictated that Argentina needed to stay in contention beyond what the team’s performance warranted.
Ensuring Messi continued to play throughout the tournament was a FIFA priority. Not because of his indisputable qualities as a great player, but because of his unparalleled ability to draw viewers.
World Cup finals are often anti-climactic. This one was doubly so because one team had no business being in it, and would under normal circumstances have been eliminated several games earlier.
Gianni Infantino’s only significant accomplishment has been to make the world nostalgic for Sepp Blatter.
UK Consulate in Jerusalem account suspended by X after highlighting Palestinian detainee abuse
——
The official X account of the UK Consulate in Jerusalem has been suspended following a series of posts criticizing the treatment of Palestinian detainees in Israeli prisons. On 19 July, the @UKinJerusalem account shared a joint statement issued by missions including the UK, EU, Canada, and several European nations. The statement raised urgent alarms regarding the condition of more than 9,000 Palestinians currently held by Israel, many of whom are subjected to administrative detention without charge or trial.
The now-inaccessible thread emphasized that Palestinians are facing severe systemic abuse, including inadequate nutrition, denied medical care, and the complete suspension of family visitation rights, while in Israeli detention. The diplomatic mission’s statement demanded immediate intervention, calling for fair trials, guaranteed legal representation, and renewed access for the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC).
The account was rendered inactive shortly after these posts reached the public, with no further updates or acknowledgments provided by the British government, the Israeli authorities, or anyone from X.
The Argentina player used his studs to step on Yamal’s calf. According to the rules, this is supposed to be a red card but the referee didn’t even show him a yellow.
SPAIN ARE GETTING ROBBED!!!
ISS Today > US immigration regime undoes FIFA World Cup’s promise of universality
By blocking many Africans from participating and attending, the US has made a mockery of FIFA’s apparent commitment to universal access.

You are lying and you know it. The ICC cannot prosecute or arrest U.S. citizens "at will." Its jurisdiction is limited by the Rome Statute. It can generally exercise jurisdiction when crimes are committed on the territory of a state party or the UN refers a matter to the Court.
You are a smart man. You know very well that the Court also operates on the principle of complementarity, acting only where national authorities are unwilling or unable genuinely to investigate or prosecute.
The US chose not to ratify the treaty. Fine. But you have no right, as non-party, to dictate the future of an international institution created by sovereign states that have voluntarily accepted its jurisdiction. You cannot use your power to rewrite rules whenever those rules become inconvenient. You are doing exactly what you did with FIFA WorldCup2026....manipulating rules and threatening those who don't bend to your will.
"Teaching the ICC the full meaning of American resolve" you say? A threat that reinforces a dangerous exceptionalism: the notion that international rules apply to everyone except the most powerful. That is not the world we must aspire towards.
It is shameful.
People are upset about the World Cup because instead of bringing the world together it’s another reminder of how unjust the world is.
It’s not a conspiracy. A Somali referee was denied entry to the U.S., that’s a fact. The U.S. tried to swap Iran for Italy, and then mistreated the team, that’s a fact. The U.S. president made a call to reverse a red card for an American player, that’s a fact…
From discrimination and over-priced tickets, to commercial breaks and VAR issues, many people who have watched and enjoyed the World Cup since childhood are more than disappointed. The whole tournament was tainted from the beginning, starting with a fake peace prize to gratify the host country.
It is irrelevant whether Balogun deserved a red card. Referees make stupid decisions all the time. If personal diplomacy and power can override decisions and the USA wins, it means outcomes are being decided off the field. That's match-fixing, and the end of sports.
Calls grow for the release of Dr Hussam Abu Safiya, the director of a major Gaza hospital who has been held without charge and imprisoned by Israel since 2024. He is in immediate life-threatening danger, Physicians for Human Rights said Saturday, after his lawyer reported a severe deterioration in his condition. His lawyer said Abu Safiya struggled to breathe and speak, appeared extremely weak and seemed close to losing consciousness several times during the visit
