@lucmatheson@Opendoor Wow, so innovative! Let’s brag about something many many companies do. And actually Mondays are the best days. So you guys screwed that up like your products. Makes sense
@_EmilioRamirez Thank you! I’ve been short since $9. You are making me rich. Easiest most straight forward short. Buy more, I need to siphon out more liquidity
@nejatian Your costs are high, margins suck, incentives to buy your overpriced homes suck. The business model is a used car lot. Your stock holders are pissed. You’re not a CEO. Step down or company to zero.
@nejatian With interest rates back on the rise, doubt you can maintain under 5. Nobody wants to pay market price for a home ever, especially when prices are falling. Company going to zero. Horrible business model
@CapitanSteveo Institutions have been driving the markets. Take out institutions and the market crashes. Yes, there is better affordable homes for families but at the cost of a wrecked industry and $OPEN losing money on existing inventory they have to take harder loses.
@EliasSzlezak The market determines the value of the stock. Right now, the market is saying $OPEN stock is not worth buying. Likely the company will fail and everyone will lose their money.
@nejatian Can't run a company or his personal life. Doesn't know when to shut off the screen to spend time with his wife and kids. Instead on X and working to save a sinking ship.
@GiroFrankMusic@nenecallas He does nothing to add to society. He is a sensationalist. He constantly tries to predict things that 99% of the time never occur. When that 1% thing happens, he says he knew that would happen. These youtube actors need to go get real jobs.
@pappygist There is a reason. It's a zombie company and retail keeps buying the dips they've run out of powder. Wall Street reads the tweets and it's an easy short for them. This company goes to zero this year.
@nejatian Why would Elon want to associate himself with a losing company? Also, why is Starlink even on your mind? Is this a company priority? What do you do all day? This sounds like a desperate play because your stock is tanking since you joined. Shareholders are going to oust you.
