@hmtreasury @Jeremy_Hunt Demonising disabled people is no way to get them into STABLE employment.

I have regular seizures & would be sanctioned for not taking a job in a warehouse, that would simply not be safe or manageable long term.

We need healthcare, education, and more robust employment rights.

@Lala_Buttons @MartinSLewis It's classic to blame the disabled. I'm fortunate to be able to cling on to my job but despite there being laws to protect me, I have no money to ever fight discrimination so as well as providing proper health care, we need more robust employment rights too.

If you want disabled people in work, provide them with stronger protections in employment & promote flexible working (stop telling people to get back to the office) not take their money away.

@DrProudman It shouldn't be either or. Both parents should have time off work after a baby is born, mother to feed/sleep, partner to spend time with their new child and support mother. Then both should return to work. If one is staying as 'manager of the house' then cool... 1/2
