In the afternoon is a Theatres workshop to transition from phase 1 into phase 2 of our improvement works. And on Thursday it's Ophthalmology for an improvement mapping and action planning workshop. Phew!

Busy week for one of our Transformation Managers supporting 3 workshops in the Surgery, Anaesthetists, Critical Care and Theatres Division. Tomorrow morning is a Gastro workshop demoing new eReferrals system.
