I believe in one God,
the Father Almighty,
Maker of heaven and earth,
of all things visible and invisible.
I believe in one Lord Jesus Christ,
the Only Begotten Son of God,
born of the Father before all ages.
God from God,
Light from Light,
true God from true God,
begotten, not made,
consubstantial with the Father;
through Him all things were made.
For us men and for our salvation
He came down from heaven,
and by the Holy Spirit
was incarnate of the Virgin Mary,
and became man.
For our sake He was crucified under Pontius Pilate,
He suffered death and was buried,
and rose again on the third day
in accordance with the Scriptures.
He ascended into heaven
and is seated at the right hand of the Father.
He will come again in glory
to judge the living and the dead,
and His kingdom will have no end.
I believe in the Holy Spirit,
the Lord, the Giver of life,
who proceeds from the Father and the Son,
who with the Father and the Son is adored and glorified,
who has spoken through the prophets.
I believe in one, holy, catholic, and apostolic Church.
I confess one Baptism
for the forgiveness of sins,
and I look forward to the resurrection of the dead
and the life of the world to come.
Amen. 🙏🏼

It is rare to see someone take being told they are going to Hell so well.
@Benjamin_SMC Romans ch 7…God be with you brother. I posted a psalm on my IG right before reading this. Everytime I do I’m always hesitant and wondering if I’m putting up any front or something. This is to say I go through the same feelings. Constant thanksgiving, prayer, discipline has…
My coworker said he stayed with his friend for 7 months while trying to look for a job.
His friend billed him $900 rent... he paid $1,000 just to play his part.
When it was time to leave, his friend handed him $7,000—every dollar he paid.
He told him, “I never needed it. I just wanted you to stack your money and get ahead.”
That’s love. That’s loyalty. Helping someone win without making them feel small.
We need more hearts like that in this world.
@edgaralandough When I started the Bible, Joseph’s story lit a fire for sure. The building of character , diligence and conscientiousness and acceptance of what may be
@JColeNC I’m in silver spring…been a fan since middle school…heard a song by Mac miller where he said “Put on J. Cole’s warm up and let it play…” rest was history…your music got me all through school…RIP Mac too.
Hot take:
Most people don’t fail at trading because they’re bad at it.
They fail because they can’t stand how boring it actually is.
No action, no dopamine, no feeling productive.
And instead of accepting that, they force trades and call it "experience".
@tyromper When I started doing the same I still remember how much of a fire genesis and Joseph’s story lit in me…for his brothers to not even recognize him, but yet he shows deep compassion, mercy
