@JustGarmadon Chen Yes gave the title to him but Garmadon didn't know or was never aware that he was always ment to be the lord Garmadon destruction but he acknowledged that in the comic. So he was never aware that he was born with it and Chen said "I'll give the title lord to the one to win"
