Just for an example:
- I want to sell my bitUSD for a minimum of 15 BTS/bitUSD
- I want to sell my bitUSD for a maximum of 16 BTS/bitUSD
- I would like to sell 100 bitUSD
- I want it spread out over 10 orders ($10 an order)
