even if there is a clause about no refunds when the seller is MIA, the GOM should never make the buyer feel ignored, and their messages left unattended to. now we see Ms
Centeno diligently answering dms, she now has time to do so.

@bluesideph only refunded half of the total amount. Php3300 hasn't been refunded yet to this day. Where is the money @tinydoll1306 has refunded to you back in Jan. 18 huh Ms. Patricia Micaela Centeno?

[BTS Rap Line PH @BTSRapLine_PH]

Could be a sign that she doesn't care for the customers.

[🇵🇭💛💜YoongixLunaAbigail⁷⟭⟬♠BTS=LIFEHACKGOALS™©® @tinigpanulat]

Ms.Patricia Micaela Centeno @bluesideph now has LOTS OF TIME TO ANSWER AND SEND DMS. aint it puzzling that she doesnt seem to have much when we the customers were communicating with her before? What excuses is she using now? RT to spread awareness.

@BTSRapLine_PH True. Even if a PH GOM shows proofs of legitimacy, we can never be sure if the next GO will be okay or not anymore.

[BTS Rap Line PH @BTSRapLine_PH]

We urge everyone who has an existing balance with @bluesideph to speak up. It's upsetting to think that if OP didn't go the extra mile to get her money back she might not have gotten it back. Yikes.

a thread to detail my stressful personal experience in getting a refund for something i've ordered from @bluesideph ([Patricia Micaela Centeno] formerly @hopegguks):

[BTS Rap Line PH @BTSRapLine_PH]

Someone DMed us that s/he ordered a whole set (THAT'S PHP6650. DAMN) back in December 2019. The GO was cancelled in May and half the refund was given then. June daw yung other half.
However, rinefund na daw ni dollmaker kay @bluesideph ng JANUARY 2020.
August na wala pa din.🤕

Narefund ni dollmaker yung pera ng January 18.
Binalik ng August 15, galit pa nung nag follow up. 😅
Please be discerning of who you transact with. Stay safe and smart, ARMYs!
