التقى سعادة القاضي عبد القادر موسى محمد، رئيس المحاكم للشؤون القضائية بالإنابة في #محاكم_دبي، معالي المستشار محمد شوقي، النائب العام لجمهو��ية مصر العربية، وذلك خلال زيارة رسمية إلى مقر النيابة العامة المصرية.

وركزت المناقشات على بحث سبل تطوير التعاون المشترك في المجالات القضائية والقانونية، وتبادل الرؤى حول آليات تطوير العمل القضائي بما يواكب المستجدات الحديثة، ويدعم كفاءة المنظومة العدلية، ويعزز قنوات التنسيق بين المؤسسات القضائية في البلدين الشقيقين.

H.E. Judge Abdul Qader Mousa Mohammed, Acting Head of Courts for Judicial Affairs at #DubaiCourts, met with H.E. Counsellor Mohamed Shawky, Public Prosecutor of the Arab Republic of Egypt, during an official visit to the headquarters of the Egyptian Public Prosecution.

The meeting explored opportunities to strengthen bilateral cooperation in judicial and legal fields, exchange insights on advancing judicial practices in line with emerging developments, enhance the efficiency of the justice system, and reinforce coordination between the judicial institutions of the two brotherly countries

⁨ استقبل سعادة القاضي عمر محمد ميران، نائب مدير #محاكم_دبي معالي هلال سعيد المري، مدير عام دائرة الاقتصاد والسياحة بدبي، خلال زيارة معاليه إلى مركز تسوية منازعات بناء منازل المواطنين، اطلع خلالها على آليات عمل المركز، ومسارات قيد المنازعات وتسويتها، ودوره في توفير مسار عدلي متخصص وسريع لمعالجة المنازعات المرتبطة بعقود بناء وصيانة منازل المواطنين.

H.E. Judge Omar Mohammed Miran, Deputy Director-General of #DubaiCourts, welcomed H.E. Helal Saeed Almarri, Director General of the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism, during His Excellency’s visit to the Citizens’ Home Construction Dispute Resolution Centre.
During the visit, H.E. Almarri was briefed on the Centre’s operating model, its dispute registration and resolution procedures, and its role in providing a specialised, streamlined judicial process for resolving disputes arising from citizens’ home construction and maintenance contracts

التقى سعادة القاضي عبد القادر موسى، رئيس محاكم دبي للشؤون القضائية بالإنابة، يرافقه وفد من #محاكم_دبي، مع معالي المستشار محمود الشريف، وزير العدل في جمهورية مصر العربية، خلال زيارة رسمية إلى مقر وزارة العدل في القاهرة، لبحث سبل تعزيز التعاون المشترك وتبادل الخبرات في المجالات القضائية والقانونية بين الجانبين.
وشهد اللقاء مناقشة آليات تطوير المنظومة القضائية، والاطلاع على أفضل الممارسات في توظيف التقنيات الحديثة للارتقاء بجودة الخدمات القضائية، بما يسهم في دعم التطوير المؤسسي ويخدم مسيرة العدالة في البلدين.

His Excellency Judge Abdul Qader Mousa, Acting Head of Courts for Judicial Affairs at #DubaiCourts, accompanied by a delegation from Dubai Courts, met with His Excellency Counsellor Mahmoud El-Sherif, Minister of Justice of the Arab Republic of Egypt, during an official visit to the Ministry of Justice headquarters in Cairo. The meeting aimed to explore avenues for strengthening joint cooperation and exchanging expertise in the judicial and legal fields between both sides.

The discussions addressed mechanisms for advancing the judicial system and reviewed best practices in the application of modern technologies to enhance the quality of judicial services. This contributes to supporting institutional development and advancing the justice systems in both countries
