@OfficialDSSNG The tireless effort of the DGSS is commendable, during his tenure the DSS has continued to display professionalism. And the frequent updating of the Agency's watchlist, shows its respect for citizens rights and the rule of law.
@ZagazOlaMakama@DHQNigeria@HQNigerianArmy The DSS has sustained its fight against insecurity in the Country & lived to expectations of the Citizens. Kudos to the Director General of the Department of State Service and the State Director, Kano State Command. May God Almighty be your guide and protector, always.
@SaharaReporters I think Sawore's lawyer is getting it wrong, the DSS is not the Army. It is an intelligence gathering outfit, with mandate of intelligence, and internal security of the Country, not a commando unit. His client's actions/inactions will be dealt with by the Law, not the DSS.
@SaharaReporters This post is false and misleading. The DSS, as an intelligence gathering Organization, will neither arrest nor detain any person just for requesting good roads. @SaharaReporters stop misleading the populace, with the intent of gaining followers, coz it does more harm than good.
@AmnestyNigeria Your claims are baseless.
Most of the post contain little or no facts.
Why are you trying to undermine the Government? Are you anti-govt?
From the look of things Amnesty are doing more harm than good to Nigerians.
🔥 *FACT CHECK*
Investigation has revealed that Joseph Oluwasegun was arrested on November 30, following a request by a sister agency, ICPC. Joseph was picked based on reasonable suspicion of his involvement in shady transactions using his pre-registered GSM line, which he claimed he bought from a roadside vendor in Lagos. While being questioned, the same line received multiple alerts he claimed he knew nothing about. He also confessed that he had been receiving such transaction alerts without raising alarm. After a preliminary investigation established that he is a secondary user of the pre-registered SIM, he was subsequently released on Dec 2nd. He was kept less than 48 hours to enable confirmation of his claims.
@DejiAdesogan The profound leadership of the DGSS has tremendously yielded positive results in the fight against criminality in the country. The DGSS has revert the secret police to its covertness operations & disciplined as well as welfare. Thus restored it's confidence back to the citizens.
@agnes_nwanneka Stop misinforming people.
Stop sharing lies. This incident occurred as a fuel tanker discharging product at Udoji Filling Station in Ozubulu caught fire on 21 Nov, 2025, killing a commercial tricyclist and destroyed property valued at millions of naira.
@ARISEtv As a sign of true patriotism the DSS deserves full gratitude for its sustained intelligence gathering and tactical operations for peaceful coexistence in this country.

@officialABAT Nigeria's constitution guarantees freedom of religion and equality, non-discrimination, and the right for citizens to practice any religion. Irrespective of any security challenge, the federal government is legally bound to ensure human rights and secularism.
@SaharaReporters Sowore's arrest was long overdue.
The @PoliceNG did the right thing, because nobody will stir up trouble or threaten our peace in the name of activism and be allowed to roam freely. Sowore crossed the line, so he should face the law for his actions.
@bapphah If your post was meant to discredit the DSS, then you need to take caution.
Because, the Country's intelligence outfit deserves commendations not criticism.
@bapphah Keep in mind that, Insurgents and Terrorists, terrorizing Nigeria, started from mere sponsorship and teleguides from individuals from neighboring Countries? And you expect the DSS to just fold their hands and watch.
@bapphah Do you know that it is unpatriotic for a Nigerian to be teleguided and sponsored by Someone from another Country, to host of an event in Nigeria?
What will you expect if the situation was reversed?
Do you think the Foreign Authorities will take it likely?
@SaharaReporters These protests aren't about justice, they're a public display of support for a man who championed violence and division. Kanu is a criminal, not a hero, and he will account for his actions.
@SaharaReporters Being a Lawyer, he didn't respect the order of the Court, and engaged in an unlawful activity capable of getting him disbarred.
Pending Court ruling, Nnamdi Kanu must remain in detention.
Also, Police can arrest any protester as long as the protest wasn't legally sanctioned.
@SaharaReporters Backing Nnamdi Kanu’s release while ignoring the violence & suffering caused by IPOB in the South East where families have lost loved ones to his instigated insurgency. Fact remains "No willing individual will protest on Nnamdi Kanu's behalf, except if he/she is paid to do so".
@SaharaReporters It better to allow the Courts to carry out their responsibilities, protests might not be the absolute solution, as it will only cause more harm than good to the people.
Nnamdi Kanu’s past actions incited civil unrest, as such he must account for his actions, accordingly.
