@Twitch @TwitchSupport I became a part of the cs twitch community about 1 year ago. In that time I made friends, became a mod for 20 streamers, and in general found a community to belong to. On august 25th 2026 I was permanently banned with no prior warnings or violations for max severity violent hate speech. I was never shown what I said, where, or when, but for full transparency I'm going to guess what it was and explain. I have very bad internet and was frustrated with endless net jitter and when asked what internet provider I had for the 10th+ time that day I said "if i get asked one more time about my internet provider I'm going to kill an indian" this was a joke directed at my friend in chat WHO IS INDIAN AND LAUGHED. I never once had any dialogue with any human twitch staff, my appeal was denied by AI, all replies were automated bs. I'm disabled, deal with severe chronic pain, and major depressive disorder. This community made getting by day by day easier and that got deleted instantly. Yet you have freaks like MikeFromPA and Hasan ON CAMERA calling for the death of public figures and violating TOS nearly on a daily basis without so much as a slap on the wrist. So thank you for stonewalling my emails and appeals with ai and taking away the community I loved. (sorry for the rant, but everyday I see more and more TOS from big streamers with 0 punishment when I got completely screwed) thanks if you read this far. - Az
