@bdsams Even if it doesn’t have a disc drive, if helix follows through on their plan to have access to multiple store fronts (steam, epic) this makes the next Xbox the much smarter purchase.

@FuuTop1 I don’t think anyone who is being honest will say that what they hoped for from avowed when that first trailer dropped matched the final product. For me at least, it was a huge disappointment.

@longislandviper All of the rumors so far have been rough and i wouldn’t be happy, but wouldn’t make me leave the ecosystem outright. If they close machine games though, who made imho their best game of this gen, I’d start shopping for a pc.

@TheEggman64 My prediction is that we don’t see as many indies going forward, AAA third party will still be a thing but not day one, and we will continue to see first party day one on ultimate.

@XboxTimdog I read that it’s the day one that is likely to go. Third party AAA games on GP will still be a thing, just delayed instead of day 1.

@FuuTop1 I’m sure they could make a gaming focused streaming box, bundle with a WiFi enabled controller and sell it for under $300 at a profit. Bundle it with campaign evolved and make a subscription that lets you stream your purchased games for $5 a month.

@Focusboss21 Pc seems like the place for the most stability and i dont even own one. If yo front cost wasn’t an issue that’s where id go.

@Grummz Call me crazy but i think the pillars/avowed gaming universe is salvageable with a change of tone from avowed. I don’t have a lot of confidence it will happen, but the pillars lore was great and it is doable with the right talent i. The right places.

@temp578 @xMBGx Yes, but asha also said they were re evaluating their platform strategy after saying it would play pc games. I’m not saying it won’t because i hope it does. I’m just taking a wait and see approach.
