Congrats to Elizabeth Yoder on this one from Ohio!
This hunt was months in the making and made even more special because the buck was taken on their personal property after weeks of watching him on camera. While Elizabeth was away training horses at the AQHA World Championship Show in Oklahoma City, her husband kept close tabs on the deer after already tagging out himself earlier in the season.
When Elizabeth returned home, she got in the woods. After several long sits and passing on shots that didnโt feel quite right, the moment finally came together. The buck came in chasing does, and she made a perfect 30-yard shot!
