@IdahoStatesman 1st public def wanted to go to trial b/c she was appalled, she was replaced. The judge, prosecutor and his newly appointed public def all were culpable in setting this kid up. Smells like “profiting from despair”. 1st time offender, NO withheld judgement. He’s a target for life.

@IdahoStatesman What’s with the clickbait headlines. If you need stories people wanna read, I got plenty. Ada county judge ignored evidence of innocence to turn first time offender into a lifetime felon on his 21st birthday. The report is public record. Not a DUI. The kid had a bright future.
