BREAKING: Tucker Carlson is hit with bad news as FOX News sends him a brutal letter putting him on notice that he “violated his contract when he launched his Twitter show on Tuesday,” which means that FOX News can now sue him for a fortune.

But it gets even worse for Tucker…

A senior Fox executive also just told Carlson that FOX News’ goal is to keep him sidelined until 2025 — and that they have deep pockets to spend on lawyers.

This is also bad news for Elon Musk, who was hoping that serial liar Tucker Carlson would be the star of Musk’s new attempt to turn Twitter into a far right line news provider.

The letter says, “This evening we were made aware of Mr. Tucker Carlson’s appearance on Twitter in a video that lasted over 10 minutes. In connection with such breach and pursuant to the Agreement, Fox expressly reserves all rights and remedies which are available to it at law or equity. Pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, Mr. Carlson’s 'services shall be completely exclusive to Fox,'" it continues, quoting Carlson's contract.

It adds that Carlson's contract says that he is "prohibited from rendering services of any type whatsoever, whether 'over the internet via streaming or similar distribution, or other digital distribution whether now known or hereafter devised.'"

BREAKING: Trump is hit with devastating news as the U.S. Department of Defense’s top former lawyer demands that Trump be immediately indicted by the Justice Department for violating the Espionage Act over yesterday’s “bombshell” CNN report.

But it gets even worse for Trump…

The lawyer says that, “War plans are among the most highly classified documents,” which “makes this squarely an Espionage Act case” because it’s now “not simply an 'obstruction' case “ and “there is now every reason to expect former President Trump will be charged under 18 USC 793(e) of the Espionage Act” because “the law fits his reported conduct like a hand in glove."

The lawyer continues, declaring that, “The audio audio recording is a meeting with several people who don't have security clearances. If Trump discussed content of document it is even worse - and raises its own criminal exposure.”

Adding insult to injury for Trump, President Bush’s top White House ethics lawyer declared that the “blockbuster report” proves that Trump “lied about’ his intentions with the classified intel, which is a “clear felony” that must land Trump in prison.

BREAKING: Twitter owner Elon Musk is hit with devastating news as France’s Digital Minister threatens to ban Twitter from the ENTIRE European Union territory if Musk does not get serious about tackling Twitter’s growing wave of “disinformation.”

But it gets WORSE for Musk…

A top European Union commissioner also put Musk on notice that he “can run,” but he “can’t hide” from the consequences of allowing Twitter to be overrun by far-right policial disinformation.

The Minister minced no words today when he threatened Musk, declaring, “Disinformation is one of the gravest threats weighing on our democracies. If Twitter repeatedly doesn’t follow our rules, it will be banned from the European Union.”
