@Flamboyant_King There are still so many things wonderful about you! I know it's a difficult time right now, but please try to start back up things one at a time. Set a timer to take your meds, they're important, and they'll help you succeed! Once that's in place, you can work on other things! 💗

You're allowed to love your freckles, scars, stretchmarks, nose, moles, smile, hair, breast size, genitalia size and shape, skin tone, body hair and teeth. You're allowed to like the soft chub of your body or your bony shoulders. You're allowed to love your body, I promise you.
@Flamboyant_King I'm sorry to hear that. I know things are looking tough right now, but know that we believe in your strengths to keep going on and fight the negative thoughts. You're strong, and we all love you so take your time trying to recover your energy and know that you've got our support!
Remember that if you're having trouble staying awake during the day it's okay to take a nap! Taking a 20 minute nap is healthier than energy drinks, caffeine, or longer naps! make sure not to sleep for too long or it'll be harder to sleep at night!
The buff FE accounts got me thinking about an actual lifting tip from high school while I was at work and it’s simply this: don’t extend ur knees over ur toes when squatting/lunging. (My job required a lot of kneeling and bending that day.) Keep ur knees happy! 🧡🧡
Take some time today to do an activity you enjoy, whether that's cooking, gardening, or music - I'm taking time to play some baseball with the royal cousins!
If you're having trouble sleeping, that's okay. There are lots of people out there who suffer from insomnia, but don't forget, rest is important! If you find yourself often sleepless, consider melatonin or zzzQuil! The latter puts me right to sleep when nothing else works. 💪💤
