@RoyalMail hi can you help? The lockers near me hardly ever work (I assume they have run out of labels). How can I report this? It’s quite frustrating and time wasting.
South Western Railway are something else. They cancel a train but refuse to compensate me more than 25%. They say that I arrived at my destination within the timeframe that the cancelled train would have arrived. That is only because I spent £48 getting a taxi to another station!

@SW_Help Hi I contacted them by email as you suggested. They have sent a fairly standard response with a link to the delay repay claim page. Are you able to point me in the direction of someone more senior? I feel like I’m going round in circles a bit 😩
@SW_Help Thank you. As it was a return journey we should have got 50% which would be £20. Can you help as to why we have been offered £10? I did appeal it and that was declined.
@SW_Help Thank you 🙏🏻 I submitted a delay repay claim for the cancelled train (2 of us travelling). I was led to believe we should get a full refund if a train is cancelled. Total price we paid for 2 return journeys was £40 yet we are only getting a £10 refund…
