Attached is a link to a research report from work done at the Scott Learning Center during 2023. It's quite a story and took a while to get together but here it is in the final form.
Thanks for reading and come see us when you can.

First trial of the year planted. 4 hybrids planted 1.25” and 2.5” deep. Less than 24 hours ahead of cool rain. Not how I would do it commercially - we are doing science at the SLC. Our data long term says there is a time to not plant corn but not a time to plant corn shallow.
@DELTAPINE Please keep in mind when you see this report - it's a summary of the experiment representing 5-10% of the data. A much more comprehensive version is in process right now. By way of scale, it's 30+ pages of text and 40 or so slides. Stay tuned for exciting details....!!!
Cotton box mapping is over. It is the most we have ever done at learning center. The pile of plants over 8ft tall. Great data to follow !! @BurfordHarrison@Bugman70@ideasgotogrow
This plant needs a name - or maybe at least a nickname. It’s a DP 2127 B3XF plant that has become the unofficial LC mascot. We plan to keep it growing around the office for a while. Any suggestions??
Just a friendly reminder to be safe during harvest season. Come see at the Learning Center. We just started harvesting a big crop. Results coming soon.
The ThryvOn Difference. An example of the damage, maturity delay and potential yield penalty that thrips can inflict. DP 2131 B3TXF on the left; and untreated, non ThryvOn competitor on the right. Both totally untreated for thrips other than insecticidal seed treatments.
Finishing touches on a few plots at the Learning Center today. This one is a supplemental mid season N application in cotton. Suggested by growers. 50 units in the form of Ammonium Sulfate. Come see us when you can. @DELTAPINE@ideasgotogrow@DKASDP_S_Delta@bayermidsouthtd
