@oakaragozoglu Sayın Başkan, bence buna yurtdışı tarife karşılaştırmalarını da eklemek gerek. Örneğin ben Türkiye ve yurtdışında vodafone abonesiyim. Aynı tarife Türkiyede 900TL olarak ücretlendirilirken Romanyada 5€.

@iceteasever @tigin40 Benim şahsi kanaatim dublaj bu kadar gelişmeseydi ve en küçük yaşlardan %100 maruz kalınsaydı durum çok farklı olurdu. Bunun en güzel örneği doğu avrupadır. Örneğin Romanyada dublaj çok nadir ve ikinci hatta üçüncü dil bilme oranı çok yüksek. Eğitim kalitesi farklı bir konu tabi
