@LadyM1306 If we're sticking to facts rather than rumors, then neither of them is corrupt. But if we're considering allegations, both have faced serious accusations. The IPID has multiple cases against PKTT and Mkhwanazi.
The Mbombela Stadium scandal that South Africa forgot.
April 2006 โ Bobby Motaung's company Lefika wins the stadium design tender using a FRAUDULENT tax clearance certificate.
Late 2008 โ Council Speaker Jimmy Mohlala begins legal steps to cancel the contract & calls for criminal charges against Motaung.
5 Jan 2009 โ ONE DAY before Mohlala is due to lay charges, he is ASSASSINATED outside his home in front of his son. No one has ever been convicted.
15 Aug 2012 โ Hawks arrest Motaung & co-accused for fraud worth R920 million. Released on bail.
July 2016 โ ALL charges dropped. Case struck off the roll. Witnesses allegedly intimidated.
2024 โ Mpumalanga launches a unit to investigate political killings. Mohlala's case is listed. Nothing came of it so far
IDAC is probably behind the press briefing of suspended Mpumalanga's Lt- General Daphney to tanish the name of our National Commissioner.
Hands of General Masemola
@lebogo_matlou@NtokozokaMaseko@Abramjee No, PKTT was not investigating the syndicates, and they had no dockets of syndicates. The dockets of syndicates were in gauteng, PKTT only came to help. Mkhwanazi was just mad of the disbandment of PKTT
