Refurbishment works to Frank Parkinson building at Sparsholt College are complete. Works included asbestos removal, full roof and cladding replacement, new steel staircase, new cedar panelling finish. Internal upgrade for new office layout, ceilings and flooring

Refurbishment works are progressing well at SSE Petersfield Depot. Following the main strip-out and demolition works to create new structural openings, washroom facilities are being installed with full M&E replacement throughout the duration of the project.

Project Progress
Works are progressing well at St Mary’s Leisure Centre. New roofing works have commenced along with re-pointing of the existing brickwork. Internal M&E works are underway and formation of the new internal fire escape staircase has commenced.
