@flyingblue paid for wifi on my long haul flight from usa to Europe and it didn't work. I haven't been able to talk to anyone or receive refund. Can I least get a promo code to use it for my next flight or just a refund on the cc I used?

@Hyatt I'm staying at the CPT regency. The bathroom ABSOLUTELY REEKS of cigarette smoke. For 3 days. Linear room request - unresponsive by hotel. Also the fridge FROZE about $100 worth of groceries. No setting to tune the temperature. Housekeeping service never replaces water.
@flynorse I am on the LGW to CPT flight today. There is an FA (purser?) named Nadine. She is warm, accommodating and so understanding of my particular situation. I want to commend her publicly for her willingness to work to help me calm my allergies and reassure me. She is a GEM!
